"Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Receptionist was not necessarily outright rude, but he was not polite or friendly either; standoffish, or like he was better than us, or that we were an inconvenience to him. They used unnecessary equipment without telling me in advance that raised my bill by over $100. Dr. seemed very knowledgeable and performed a good exam. As far as the eyeglasses, this is probably the most expensive place around...I suggest taking your business elsewhere. The unexpected (MUCH) higher bill in the end was the most disappointing part...I have a family to support. We (the working people) are already getting screwed financially in so many different areas. It's just not right for rich people to take advantage of us like that."

"Dr. Paul Oslovsky is listed on the Molina Healthcare website as an Optometrist that accepts Apple Health and Molina insurance. I scheduled my appointment through them, but when I drove all the way into Olympia for my appointment, they told me they don't accept Molina. I have VSP Vision insurance through Molina, but they only accept VSP if it's not through Molina? How does this even make sense? Why is he on the Molina website as in my network if they don't accept my insurance? Why does everyone make everything so difficult? Not to mention, paying out of pocket costs over $150 for just an eye exam. I'm so tired of life being so expensive."

"Very clean and large space, the staff are nice and very helpful! The glasses frames inventory is in abundance and trendy/designer. My only gripe is that being right outside the kids play area can get a little overwhelming/distracting and I wish they had doors that could close."
