"I highly recommend The Birth House!!! As a birth doula I had clients birthing at the Birth House ever since they opened doors which I think has been 13 years by now. I am always excited for my clients who birth there because I know that they are getting excellent care! The Birth House is such a lovely and peaceful place to birth, especially great for families which are not quite ready for a homebirth and like to be close to a hospital. The midwives are very skilled, lovely and very caring! I love that they take time for each client and if you don't have any questions at your appointment, they certainly have some for you making sure that all your needs are met! You sure can't go wrong with choosing to welcome your sweet baby there!"

"I had the absolute best birth experience at The Birth House. The Around The Circle midwife group was incredible. The rooms were clean, inviting and comfortable. I loved laboring and being able to deliver in the tub. They also have nitrous oxide to help with pain relief if you need it. My care was so great and I was so comfortable in the tub that I didn’t even need it. They had all the equipment, medications and knowledge to make me feel safe like I was delivering in a hospital with all the comforts and freedom of a home birth. It was the perfect middle ground for my family. I would highly recommend The Birth House to anyone wanting an out of hospital birth. When we gave birth Kathrine Sanderson was the midwife on call and she did a wonderful job monitoring me and baby during labor. After the birth Katherine did a great job following up with me for postpartum care. "I can not even begin to explain how great of care myself and family recieved, here at the Olympia Birth House along, with Around the Circle Midwifery. I had my 14 year old with Around the Circle before the birth house, and then recently in June had my son there. All of my care from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional. I especially loved how they allowed this to be our birth experience, and not try to sway us to do things any certain way. Once in labor, and at the birth house there was strong loving supportive team of midwife and students, who encouraged me and my spouse along the whole way. Also one of the students picked up a phone and took some amazing photos of me giving birth; that we will cherish forever. I was giving birth at the beginning of business hours, while my family crowded the waiting room occasionally checking in on us. They all expressed how great they were treated by staff, basking in the excitement of new life. All around it was an amazing experience. "The Birth House is absolutely amazing, and I adore the midwives there. They are so knowledgeable, kind, caring and genuinely love what they do. Carolee has been present for all four of our babies births, and caught our first two. Our oldest two were delivered at the birth house, and my experiences there were perfect and beautiful. The midwives and assistants gave me the space to labor however I needed to, but were also very diligent in making sure that everything was safe and we were all well cared for. I had complicated and difficult pregnancies, and both were made so much easier and more comfortable because of being at The Birth House. All of the staff are lovely and wonderful people who do an incredible job of caring for families. My third pregnancy ended in my son being stillborn at nearly full term. Even though I went to the hospital to deliver him, Carolee came to see me though the entire process. She stayed with me during hours of labor, and the most difficult and painful days of my life. Our fourth baby was also not delivered at the birth house, but again, Carolee was there. Not because she had to be - but because she deeply cares. In the six years that I’ve been going to The Birth House, I have never had anything but incredible experiences there. I’ve always felt heard, safe and comfortable, and known that myself and my babies were in the best care possible."
