"These folks work hard & do it all with knowledge, efficiency & good humor. Needed to get fingerprinted for a job out-of-state & showed up not completely prepared (paperwork hell) & they made time for me when I returned later, with proper paperwork & no appointment. As for fingerprinting, it seems - from their report & my observation - they do this A LOT. The entire experience was so pleasant, I shall be bringing my mailing business here from now on (and fingerprinting, too, if I need that again). "I just had the most pleasant experience at this postal facility. I went there to get fingerprinted for my job and I have to do this often with the work that I do but I just moved to a new area so I had never been to this specific facility before. This gentleman was quick and efficient while still being so patient and seemed genuinely interested in asking about my day and providing excellent service. While this facility was kind of out of the way for me, I will absolutely return here to utilize other services they offer like packaging and shipping. "The worst customer experience I've had in a long time. The attendant was consistently rude and had an attitude like I should know everything about their job and shouldn't be bothering them. I didn't know which fingerprint form I needed, which clearly offended him. I didn't have an appointment, which also offended him. (No one else came in while I was there. They were not busy). At every step of the process he went out of his way to prove he was annoyed at my existence."
