For those preparing for the National Home Inspector Examination, we offer 16 practice exams to assess knowledge and competence in various home inspection topics. Advanced courses on topics such as historical homes and commercial building inspection are also available.
Additionally, we provide training for Structural Pest Inspection (SPI) licensing through the Washington State Department of Agriculture, along with courses on wood destroying organisms.
Upon completion of our courses, students will receive 8 Continuing Education Credits (CEC) to fulfill Washington State Department of Licensing requirements.
