Field Training is a key component of our program, giving students the opportunity to apply their skills in real-life situations. This hands-on experience is crucial for understanding the complexities of home inspections.
Our Fundamentals of Home Inspection course condenses the 160-hour training into a three-week intensive program. Students will learn the necessary skills to pass the Washington State Home Inspector Exam and write professional reports.
For those preparing for the National Home Inspector Examination, we offer 16 practice exams to assess knowledge and competence in various home inspection topics. Advanced courses on topics such as historical homes and commercial building inspection are also available.
Additionally, we provide training for Structural Pest Inspection (SPI) licensing through the Washington State Department of Agriculture, along with courses on wood destroying organisms.
Upon completion of our courses, students will receive 8 Continuing Education Credits (CEC) to fulfill Washington State Department of Licensing requirements.
