"I agree with a previous review mentioning that this is basically watching a live cooking show. Staff are very nice, the chef/cook makes delicious food but I really wish I could get my $75 back. I wouldn't have paid that at a restaurant and it took almost 3 hours of watching them cook. I don't want to be in my own kitchen that long. The fault is with the class creation not the staff."
"This is more like a live cooking show instead of a hands-on cooking class. The instructor/ chef is cooking at a home-size kitchen, there is a camera filming while she is cooking. You can see the process through the TV. They also handed out the receipt of tonight's dishes. They served the food after they finished cooking. There are totally 20 people participated. I think the home-size kitchen is too small to prepare 20-people meal at one time. There were 4 helpers, they were very nice. The food is delicious but the portions are small. I appreciate they offer this event for the community. But the whole class feels like the chef and the helpers are having fun at the kitchen, and the participants were sitting there and waiting for the food. Due to lack of interactions, people were just chatting with their friends. I don't think it's worth 75 dollars per person. I can learn that from YouTube. I wish the class was more interactive. There are rooms for the class to improve."
"I took my daughter to a class near Christmas. She is 6 and had a great time. I went to check if they were doing classes and saw that someone had given a bad review. I needed my say! While, I didn't take the class, I saw enough. My daughter had a blast. She did a lot of the stuff and the setup allows for the kids to see. She tried food she normally wouldn't try and they even had them cut some veggies! (I don't know how to teach her how!!)"
