"My recent doctor's visit left me deeply disheartened and frustrated. As someone who values their health and the importance of receiving proper medical care, this experience was nothing short of disappointing. Dr. Joseph Shung demeanor was far from comforting. He seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns. Instead of engaging in a meaningful dialogue about my symptoms, I felt like they were just ticking off boxes on a checklist. To top it off, I was surprised that for someone with a medical degree knowing that patient care should be his number one priority, he came off very condescending and arrogant. This lack of empathy and attentiveness made me question whether they genuinely cared about my well-being. In conclusion, my recent doctor's visit was an overwhelming experience filled with poor communication. It left me questioning the quality of care I received and whether the clinic's priorities were truly aligned with patient well-being. This experience has certainly made me reconsider seeking care at this facility in the future, and I hope that they can improve their practices to ensure better patient experiences in the long run. I personally would not recommend seeing Dr. Joseph Shung for you medical needs."

"Dr. Pakzad, and Lee Chang, PA have provided me with outstanding care always taking extra time to answer any questions or concerns. Very patient team overall at this clinic from the front office, to nursing staff, & surgery scheduler. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Had some very extensive surgery on my posterior tibial tendon Dr. Pakzad had to do several procedures all wrapped into the one surgery. Not even a full week later & already can see a major difference in the appearance of my foot. Thank you so much Dr. Pakzad, Lee Chang, PA and all the staff helping to make this happen!"

"Everything about positive is the feeling you receive at this office. I needed hip replacement and was in a lot of pain. Nervous about a major surgery Dr. Adler and his team made it absolutely easy. I went in at 8:30 am and was home before 5 that day. I had everything I needed to recover and recover I did. I'm 62 and by the 3 Rd day home I was up and running. Literally. Haven't stopped since. "Multicare orthopedics and sports medicine is excellent for both sports injuries and for dealing with injuries related to aging and those with severe chronic arthritic conditions. My 84-year-old mother has had problems with her mobility. And she can barely move. I thought she was going to whine like a baby. However, when Dr. Coons Gave her a pain shot all she could say was “when are you get to do it?”, but the shot had already been given by Dr. Coons! He did both her knee and shoulder while beautifully distracting her attention with questions. Smooth.... Treatment with this team is basically seamless with their treating of the elderly. Mom’s range of motion that night was awesome! My xhusband & I saw her actually lifting her leg above her head saying “See, look what I can do” then she was waving her previously immobile arm into the air. It was like she had too much champagne! Our 84 yr old is 30 again for another six months. Hooray for their in-house X-ray tech and front n back staff. We sometimes are in and out with X-rays in an hour. Beat that??? I think not."
