"Yesterday, I got a call from my kindergartner’s school that he fell teeth first into the stairs outside. It was a very scary moment and when I couldn’t get him in same day at his regular dentist, this location had him back for X-rays while I was still filling out paperwork at the front desk. They were very thorough and gentle and made my dental anxious almost 6 year old very comfortable despite the traumatic scenario. We will be switching offices to this location for our follow up and most likely other visits in the foreseeable future. Thank you to the team for being there and willing to help in a pinch! "Friendly office BUT they told me my child only had one cavity then when she went in for a filling, the dentist AGAIN told me they covered for ONE cavity &my daughter came out with 8 silver caps…. Completely and without my consent, then claimed she had more cavities but didn’t come out to let me know during the filling… Completely unacceptable."

"Over the last 4 years my opinion of Smiles 4 Kids have changed. I don't know whether it was having a different dentist? Or if my experience as a parent has evolved my way of thinking. I've grown to really appreciate the dentists and staff at this office. Everyone's really friendly and patient with my kids, particularly my son who's little, fairly shy, and finds difficulty adjusting to a stressful environment. This morning's visit for general anesthesia dentistry was no different. The anesthesiologist who I believe was an independent contractor brought in for these procedures was excellent! Super knowledgeable and found a way to make me feel more at ease sending my smallest for such an unnerving procedure. General anesthesia is pretty safe but still generally risky. The female dentist(s) I've met with over the last couple years are kind, intelligent and reasonable. I appreciate that they're willing to listen and even alter their treatment plans/recommendations based on parental concerns (like capping teeth vs routine fillings, both options at one point were offered.) I'm not going to lie, I've considered switching offices, but why fix something that isn't broken? Thanks Smiles 4 Kids!"
