"We ride with Sami taxi on 3/11. He had the screen with the fare amount hidden from us. When we paid he added a 20% tip on his own. Never gave us a chance to tip or not. We are going to dispute the charges with the credit card"

"We arrived at PDX at midnight, tried to hail an Uber or Lift but none were available (never had that experience before anyplace on earth but that's a different review lol). A Broadway Cab pulled up, my partner hailed the guy and we put our bags in the trunk -- then the guy started saying he wouldn't drive us (I only live about 3 miles from PDX and he seemed to be implying the fare would be too small to be worth it? But I thought I was misunderstanding him) and we needed to call an Uber. (We'd tried that first but there weren't any, as I said). My partner and I got into the back of the cab anyway because we figured we were not understanding what the guy was saying -- but he was adamant: he would not drive us. My partner argued with him -- it was now almost half past midnight -- and the guy got behind the wheel and we started towards home. I realized there was no license displayed inside the vehicle and nothing at all to indicate it was a cab except the words Radio Cab on the door; but there was a cellphone plugged into the dash that was registering numbers like a mileage counter. We were very close to home when the driver pulled over on a dark corner and tried to make us get out of the cab! My partner freaked at the guy, argued some more, and he drove us the rest of the way. Still thinking we were misunderstanding his broken English, I gave him a pile of cash including a generous tip. He didn't even look at me or say thank you or acknowledge me at all. He just bent his head to the cash, counting it out like a drug addict getting ready to go score -- which I now actually think he was. It wasn't just the crappiest cab service I've ever had in my life -- I still wonder whether this guy was actually a cab driver or if he jacked his cousin's rig? Calls and emails to the Broadway Cab office went unreturned. I think he jacked his cousin's rig! BROADWAY CAB IS NO LONGER A REPUTABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. That is all."

"This company markets itself as the longest running and most reliable local cab company. That's an absolute lie. There's nothing reliable about them. I've booked and agreed upon a ride that was supposed to arrive in 8 minutes that never arrived, but got a call 12 hours later from a random driver stating they're "here" to pick me up. If I try and contact company I get transferred to an over seas call center."

"I just saw one of your taxes driving on the springwater corridor illegally I don't know how you guys allow this. Very dangerous, almost hit a biker. Cars are definitely not allowed on this bike. Maybe Don't go driving around recklessly in a company vehicle?"
