"Unprofessional. As a former multicare employee I had a work injury and was seen for workers comp, I could hear the nurses discussing me through the door as I waited for the nurse to return. If I wasn’t forced to use multicare resources due to their pathetic wages and benefits I never would’ve been seen here. Quitting this sole crushing employer was the best thing I ever did, since then my wages have tripled and I’ve grown despite their attempts to force me down."

"I have not had an issue with the provider but the staff here is so horrible when it comes to communication, I work in a clinic myself and I don’t understand how it’s this bad. I was wanting to see my Mary Jo since the beginning of August and every time I made an appointment it would be canceled or re-schedule without my knowledge; no voicemail, email or anything until I would call the day prior to confirm. And I would try to make another appointment and then it would be canceled shortly after. It’s happen so many times I just gave up. I work a lot so it’s not easy taking time off and when I did, my appointments always changed on their end “because they need more time in the appointment”. And when I called to let them know the situation it’s “ I’m sorry, can I make an appointment for you?” After 4 times. I’m done and found a new provider"

"Absolute WORST!!!!! They do not pay attention to what they are doing and they DO NOT listen! Multiscare aka Multicare is the LAST place to go for care! You are ALL just a medical record number aka MRN to them and nothing more. They're referred to as "Multiscare" in the medical field for a reason, just sayin."

"Update different blood Cust rep... appauling rude attitude 0 stars for her. 30 minutes and only one ticket (mine) still sitting in the bin. Said it would be a 45-60 minute wait with 3 draws in front of me. I worked 49 years with people and she should be replaced or warned. Now I see why this clinic has bad reviews. Orinial review: Was five stars. I went in to have some labs pulled It wasn't a very long wait The technician was fast and efficient I thought they really had their act together and would recommend going in for such a procedure."
