"They won't help you, they don't care if you are mentally breaking. They will say they "can't" but they just won't...they can I know they can, but they won't. I was there begging for a letter, but they refused me help. So now I ask... How many pills is it gonna take? How many is it going to take to get help and get the letter I need? Cause they're easy to get and easier to take. The worst part, is on my aftercare summary they put that we talked about obesity, which is a lie, I'm not even over weight... weight want even mentioned."

"Do not make an appointment with Roanne Jimenez. It is literally a waste of time. All she will do is tell you what you’re going to die from and be absolutely rude and disrespectful. She makes assumptions that make no sense and will not help in anyway. Instead she will tell you that you’re dying and that there’s nothing that can be done. Please do not schedule an appointment with her unless you want to be bullied and belittled"

"It's extremely sad when all I need is a piece of paper filled out, signed and faxed to my insurance and it's taking two weeks to do so.. I have called and left multiple messages and no one calls me back in regards to it. I know they are all busy, but that's no excuse for not keeping their patient's updated."

"Literally the WORST doctors office I’ve ever been to. Waited over a hour to see Queen , explained to her my issues she simply said she didn’t know, she was talking in circles , & bringing up subjects that’s wasn’t even relevant . They just let anyone be a doctor atp. & It took them 3 weeks to run my lab work & YET to give me my medication. They shut down a perfectly good Urgent Care for this incompetent “doctors office”. I don’t see how they’ve been open for almost two years with this type of service. This is absurd!"

"Good afternoon, I was in the clinic today at 10:30, and left around 11:45. I went to another appointment then went to the pharmacy to get my depression med and birth control. When I went there they told neither was there so I called and was informed everyone was on lunch but they sent a message to the medical team. A couple hours later I went back up there and they had the birth control but no depression meds. I again called them while I was there and was informed they would let the provider know and try and get it sent in ASAP since I was at the pharmacy currently there waiting. I waited a while and nothing so I went and picked my kids up. I then went BACK for the THIRD time up there and the pharmacy still has not received anything… I called back up to you guys and was told it would be taken care of before the end of the day. Well it’s almost 7:00 pm and they pharmacy has still not received anything from you guys. I know that it’s not the provider going through these problems, but my mental health is important to me.. I think it’s very cruel and inhuman to have done that to me and just left me hanging."
