"I have been here a couple of times. They have always been kind. This last time they were amazing with my one year old while I was being checked out and in a lot of pain. They made a referral and made sure I got the antibiotics I needed. thanks to the staff"

"I am a POA for my girlfriend. About 2 years ago we started using Spanaway clinic. She is seen by an ARNP in the clinic. Who is caring. Remembers her case well. Takes care of working with an assisted living home and shows kindness, compassion and professionalism while caring for my friend. The pharmacy at this location and the pharmacist and staff are absolutely wonderful. The pharmacist there has even called me to remind me that we had a holiday on a weekend and that she may be getting short of some medicines in her assisted living. Office staff remembers us when we come in. I have needed for them to carry messages to primary and it always gets done. They have assisted in paperwork and they are caring staff! When I look back at reviews of 5 years ago I wasn't there then and it's pulling this review down. I give him five stars and would give them six if I could. The only thing that I don't like about them that has changed in the 2 years is that you don't call into the Spanaway clinic to make your appointments there. Long wait times on the phone to make appointments and you have to get around the appointment makers to get into the staff there. Still at five star rating because they care!"

"I have been here a few times over the last 6 months and Lisa Ngo is a great dentist. She is always friendly and explains everything she’s doing to make sure you feel comfortable."

"This dentist used to be great but they are horrible now. All the good dentist that actually do something are gone. They won’t even pull a tooth if they can send you elsewhere. My friend also used to go here and was extremely frustrated because they would not fix her cavity that was hurting really bad because they said “it’s not bad enough.” This is the 3rd time I have come in here in severe pain and nothing was done. This is my last time coming to this place. I do not recommend the dentist here at all. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the dental hygienist’s are all wonderful and friendly. I have never had an issue with the dental hygienist here."
