"I had a scheduled appointment for 3/31/23. I waited over a month for this appointment and scheduled with a clinic a little further from home because those were the first openings to establish care with a pcp. The day of the appointment when I showed up staff was waiting outside and I was told that they had a gas leak and someone would call me to reschedule. As I walked away they threw in a “sorry about that”. No one even attempted to reach out to me to reschedule prior to my appointment and I know things happen and can’t be controlled but I also work at a doctors office and I know for a fact if this happened at our clinic staff would have scrambled or found a way to reach out to patients as soon as possible. They mentioned a sister clinic so I don’t know why this clinic wasn’t able to reach out to these patients. I took time off from work and drove 45 minutes at 630 am to make this appointment. It’s now 4/8 and no one ever reached out to even reschedule this appointment which is bare minimum. It was a waste of time and just disappointed by the lack of customer service."

"I have tried to come here TWICE for their urgent care both at different times within their urgent care hours stated online and both times they have this sign on the interior window saying “urgent care closed” when it says online their urgent care is supposed to be open. It is a frustrating waste of time and gas money. It would be less frustrating if they put the sign on the exterior door instead of the interior door so that you could possibly see it before parking and getting out of the car and walking through the first door."

"I find that this facility deals with the volume of patients they have in the very best way possible. If you are going to Urgent Care and they are busy they take your number and text you when your appointment is 10 or 15 minutes away. Much nicer than sitting in a room full of people for hours that are sick also. Additionally they have the best lab tech ever. She hits my difficult veins every time right away with as little discomfort as possible. You do have to schedule actual appointments far out because they are once again dealing with volumes of patients in as efficient a way possible."
