"Super friendly staff. I like the layout of the shop, with the two sides and two check out areas with a fee registers at each for when it gets busy in there (which, at least when I was there, it definitely was packed!) The shop is nice and I already love the brand so it’s fun to visit in-store and get to try on the items and find a great selection of items in person! You can use the app to scan your membership pass if you are signed up. My reason for going was to exchange some items for a gift card/store credit — I’d never done this with lululemon before so I wasn’t sure how easy it would be but it was incredibly easy and quick and painless. The staff are SO helpful! I ended up exchanging the items and with my new gift card I of course had to shop around and found that this store location has a good deal more than some other store locations in the area I’d been to before, and it seemed like even the markdown item selection was larger too, which is always nice :)"

"Almost everytime we come in the customer service here is HORRIBLE ! I love the selection in this store but the employees need to fix their attitudes and be a little more helpful!! Also since when can my fiancé not buy me something with his military discount!? This is the only lululemon that gave us problems about that and we seem to find it extremely disrespectful!"
