"My friend and I visited the store in search of baseball jerseys. Our experience was marred by a discourteous and impatient sales associate. This encounter ruined our day. As my friend is not a native speaker, he misunderstood the sales associate's offer to help us retrieve jerseys from the top shelf. However, when we tried to use the provided stick tool, the sales associate grabbed the stick from my hands and responded in a condescending manner, asking us, 'Which store do you work at?' This was an unfortunate interaction that we did not expect. Had his attitude been nicer, we would’ve bought the jerseys."

"DON’T GO THERE, most rude and unprofessional staff, I entered the store to buy jerseys and the two salesmen were watching a game on a laptop and when I asked for help they ignored me and never looked even and I asked again if I can get some help and one salesman answered me in a very rude and aggressive way that he is helping another customer so either I need to be patient or ask the other salesman to help, while both are standing next to each other watching the game. So simply I didn’t even comment and left, just feel bad that exact same experience is all over the reviews and seems no one care to fire these guys or fix it. Maybe they are rich enough and don’t care if they are losing customers, good for them."

"Met my wife and son in the store because son desperately wanted a Seahawks shirt and wondered why no one was helping them. The two associates in the store ignored us along with two other sets of customers (so I guess I shouldn’t feel too bad). Great selection if you are tall enough to reach any of it. Left after five or six minutes fairly frustrated. Disinterested employees are what make people shop online. Happy to take my business elsewhere ... Macy’s doesn’t have near the selection but they at least try to earn your business."

"As someone who is not from Seattle, this store was very attractive to me. I like sports and here you can find the jackets for the Seattle Mariners and other local teams. The place is clean and neat and there is good attention. If you want to meet local team clothing, this is your place."

"Always felt uncomfortable going into store to get gifts and what not because I'm not a fan and the employees like to draw attention and start arguments. And now they sell teams not from Seattle."
