"I am very frustrated with the system they currently work. They say they care about the students. But when a parent has to make suggestions on how a situation needs to be handle for their students this presents a great concern for me. You have counselors who say "I am here if you need me" But when you try to reach them, they either dont respond at all or take a extremely long time to get back to the parents. We have a child in crisis and need this Village to step in and they seem to have "checked out""
