Not the first time I've had items stolen from a UPS store. My fault for not getting a receipt for my return. Hope they enjoy my free gift."

"I've been a box holder at store #5499 for two years. The service WAS top notch. Mid-2023 something changed? New manager? The super good employees were not there anymore? The last two times I've requested my mail forwarded, it's been a disaster. August 2023 I emailed the address I've always successfully used. After one week there was no reply. I called and was told ***THEY DON'T ANSWER E-MAILS. Gave them my forwarding request. Another week went by without any reply. Call again and the manager said he destroyed my request because I didn't call back? ~~~ Again in October 2023 the store 'sent me' an email notification that my box was full. I replied to that email and copied the address the store used in August to no avail. I called the store again and talked directly to the manager. He entered my credit card, email address, phone number... into their UPS system. I've had been a happy box holder for two years? Wait four days and still NO SHIPPING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Phone calls go to voice mail. The store took over two weeks to get my mail out of their door again. By time it arrived, I had moved on! [full-time rv'er] *** Look at the UPS replies below. They instruct you to SEND AN E-MAIL! To the same address the manager advised me they don't check! That's why they don't answer e-mails anymore, THEY ARE FLOODED WITH COMPLAINTS."
