Jack in the Box

"First of all the two girls were too busy playing on their phones to want to help us right away. Then they have no salsa no butter no pancakes no toilet paper in the restroom and dirty tables. Last time I came in I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger but it came with no cheese so I went back in they said they don't have no cheese but didn't tell me nothing at ordering. Pretty frustrating to say the least. They're always out of multiple items."

"I stood before the pick up counter for 10minutes and the person in charge did not even bother to talk to me. We asked and was told just take the food from the shelf. The shelf is BEHIND the counter. The two customers who visited after me stood in the same spot and were taken care of immediately. I felt I was mistreated out of racism. I went up to the cashier and she said she is the manager. I told her about the situation and she did not apologize and just walked away. It’s a terrible experience. 2/18 12:30pm"

"I don't eat fast food often, but JiTB is a place I can go at 7am and still get food other than breakfast items (I don't like breakfast-type foods). What I do find hard to swallow (pun intended) is that as food chain, their prices can be really wonky! For example, a small bottle of milk (ugh - low fat, even, and maybe 10oz or so) cost $3 (2.99)! A gallon of milk is less than $5 at most places, which shows where they are making money (not off the burgers, I mean). I learned to bring milk from home if possible, just b/c it is ridiculous. But I don't think customers should have to do that just to avoid being overcharged, should they?"

"Worst jack in the box ever. Waited 35 additional minutes for a mobile order. Zero explanations. During a very slow time of night. Place is ran by incompetent dolts. I don't typically go hard and complain, but this one is bad."

"Leaving this jack in the box to go to another one because when I tried to order breakfast I was told “sorry we’re not doing breakfast right now”. Despite them running a breakfast special AND it being blasted all over the signs “breakfast served all day”. So I asked, don’t you serve breakfast all day? The reply “our night cooks don’t know how to make breakfast”. I asked for a minute so we could choose different items and the young woman said “so……like…..can I get you something else or what”? To which I politely replied “no thanks” and drove off to the J in the B down the road. I would’ve been totally fine ordering something else, but the customer service was lacking. This is 5:30 PM on October 2 so whatever Young woman was working the drive-through window that day."
