He went above and beyond towing the car to my home, testing battery & alternator and actually getting it to start when we couldn't. Even though it was 1am in the morning. Very nice and kept me updated. Definately recommend this Tow Company."

"My car wouldn't turn on this morning so I called AAA and got connected with Alger Towing. Within an hour, Steve arrived and gave me a jump. He could have just left after that but he asked a couple follow-up questions about my car which led to him offering to top off my battery's fluids. The Toyota dealership in Burlington recently told me that I have to replace my battery, so it was a pleasant surprise to find out through Steve that my battery still has some life left and just needed some extra fluid. Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better auto service experience. Thank you again Steve!!"

"I needed the tire on my RV repaired. These guys were contacted around 10am and gave an estimate of 1 hour. After 1 hour, their guy called and said he was just leaving Camano Island and would come right there. An hour later he said that he was on the highway between Mount Vernon and Anacortes and would be right there. All the while, he is lying through his teeth to my roadside assistance telling them he is already there. So my phone is getting spammed with calls and texts asking if he has actually arrived. Two hours later he finally arrives. He came with improper tools (jack was incredibly undersized for the job), and was using cracking wood to try to bridge the distance. He starts taking off the tire and then realizes HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE TIRE. He basically said sorry and left. This company clearly takes every road side assistance call and overbook themselves. Not only that, they don't have proper tools and training. Garbage company."
