"They have always been reliable for me. I've used the shuttle for 8 years regularly from SEATAC to I-5 north to Arlington and Bellingham and I have never had any problems. Friendly drivers, good schedule upgraded buses, good interior lighting and clean upholstery, and plenty of baggage storage space. Departs from lower deck at the end of the SEATAC terminal so it’s easy for luggage transfer."

"I've used Bellair before, but my most recent trip to SeaTac with them during a snowstorm REALLY made me appreciate them. Due to the looming snow I booked shuttle plans, cancelled them, then rebooked them to a different time and different pickup locations. The agents who helped me through email and on the phone were thorough and clear, despite my convoluted changes. Bellair got me to SeaTac for my Christmas vacation with time to spare and a smile. Any worries I had about the weather were immediately eased. Returning from SeaTac after Christmas, my flight was late and I missed my shuttle home. I was able to call and rebook extremely easily, getting picked up about 90 minutes later. The driver was again friendly. My stress was again gone instantly. These guys really come through!"

"Yuri was the best driver I've ever had in my life, and that includes driving any kind of vehicle. Ever. He was polite, friendly, and very, very nice. He even made jokes. Plus, it was the stressful holiday season, and the roads were unusually icy this day, and he made us all feel safe and happy. Not only was I pleased about his driving, but his warm personality bumped up my perception of mankind, which has been squashed over the years. Five big stars! Also, the seats on the bus were comfortable. I had some exhaust smells in one of my seats, but that was a minor issued compared to the overall experience."
