"This was supposed to be a pizza. Did you turn it upside down before giving it to me. Gees people have no care anymore."

"I've currently been here for at least 15 minutes past when my mobile order was due to be ready. What's the point of pre ordering... more to the point the app said the order was ready for pick up which is obviously not the case."

"I placed a large order and once again was ripped off for over $10 of items. I asked the guy who handed me the bag "you promise everything is in here this time?" and he lied "of course". Yes of course, I got home and was missing 4 soft chicken tacos and a burrito. I'm so sick of getting ripped off items. That is the last time I go to Taco Bell without taking every single item out of the bag and counting it while I hold up the drive through or counter. I won't even start ragging here how none of the items ever have all the basic ingredients, like red sauce and onions on the bean burritos. Crummy location and crummy service."

"I want to start this off by saying that most visits here are great. Staff are usually quite nice, but today I witnessed something that smelled of discrimination. Someone came in and kindly announced at the counter they couldn't use the kiosk to order. A couple minutes later, I overheard them say they usually aren't allowed to use the washroom there. Then went on to say staff had told them they had to wash their hands before completing their order. Again, pointing out they are usually told they aren't welcome to use the washroom. They were visibly upset and requesting manager info which one staff told them they wouldn't provide any name. A higher up manager (owner possibly?) came in and calmly asked the person to leave, holding the door open until they did. He did provide his name. It was clearly an upsetting experience for that customer. They wanted to report it and may not have the chance to, so I'm sharing a witness account here."

"Nice new shiny modern and dare I say clean Taco bell location. Obviously newly renovated inside and out and it shows. Bathroom was very nice and service was good. My food was ready before I even got the lid on my drink. Lol!"
