"I have always gone to this location and thought the staff was great until my last visit. To the lady with the golf cap working the window, You we're beyond rude to me! All I wanted was to pick up some coffee for my brother and you snapped. I was understanding and gave you my money without being rude back. You definitely did not need to react the way you did. I was nothing but respectful to you even though you were raising your voice at me. Once it was time for me to drive off, I still said have a nice day with a smile and you didn't even respond. You just looked at me quickly and turned your back. My 10 year old made a comment about how rude you are! Your vibe made me very uncomfortable! This wouldn't be the first time you were rude to me. There has been a couple other occasions where you didn't greet us at all. Everyone else is great. They make conversations too! The fact that you made a complaint to corporate and lied saying I argued or yelled to cover your own butt is just childish! SHAME ON YOU!!! I know quite a few people who drive all the way to Bellingham's location just to avoid this one! I will be doing the same! You need more training with your customer service skills because they aren't so great. Or just find another job!"

"This Starbucks location is bright, sunny, and cheerful no matter what time of year you visit due to all the windows. Very easy to get to, but plan to wait if you want the drive through during peak hours. It's often backed up or wrapped around the building. I prefer to go inside. Lots of things in the case to try, friendly service, and great drinks of course."

"I have always had a good experience at this location. Friendly baristas and clean interior. The drive-thru can get a little backed up at times. Easy location to get to from off I5, going north or south."

"Stopped by in a quiet afternoon, and the staff was friendly and helpful as usual. I ordered my typical iced mocha with whip cream, Venti size, but they were out of tall straws, and they were so sorry and willing to give me a extra cup to split it. Overall a great typical experience at Starbucks."

"As I walked in to the shop I was greeted with a smile and immediately ordered my Caramel Brule Coffee and Cranberry Bar. As I waited with vast space for social distancing I was able to look at their seasonal cups and other items which would be great for gifts! Their seasonal coffee flavors were enticing and the tea choices looked yummy. There were free used coffee grounds for gardeners as well as posters for ways to help support the community . This is the first time I have been so disappointed in my purchases at Starbucks. The coffee was a new flavor for me so I was excited but I knew right away it was lacking much warmth. I couldn't taste the "flavor" and it just wasn't sweet. Unfortunately I didn't like the Cranberry bar either. The icing was extremely thick and WAY too sweet while lacking flavor. Rather than being like a cream cheese base it was more like a cake icing. The cake itself was a bit dry and super dense like it was over baked, and since its served cold, seemed stale due to being so thin."
