"Called with a question, the lady that answered was not helpful and sounded like she wanted me off the phone the moment she picked up. I don't understand why basic customer service is such a pain for people these days. The entire phone call lasted maybe 3 min. and she said "I don't know, I can't help you, you will have to come in and find out." I live in a different state... she even informed me that there's no email and she doesn't know any extensions to get me to the department I needed. What am I suppose to do now? I'm not driving to another state just to ask a question that can be answered in 2 min or less!!! Some people have an attitude that can be fixed by bathroom duty! Give her janitor duties for a month and after cleaning toilets she'd be happy to answer a phone!"

I loved that it wasn’t crowded and the guests and vendors had ample space to move about. The options for the space to be broken up was fabulous! Endless photo possibilities!
