"They are so friendly and caring, highly recommend them. When you make an appointment you don’t have to wait hours like at other places."
"Amazing care, great place to go for work injury. Staff are friendly and they see you at your appointment time!"
"My experience with this place was all from last year. A friend was injured at work and came here and saw one of the doctors and had a great experience and told me all about it. When I ended up with an injury some time later, I remembered her talking about how good this place was and was happy to go here. But I didn't get the same doctor as my friend had. I believe the doctor who treated me was Dr. Haldeos. But whoever it was, he was awful. The doctor poked and prodded at my injury very roughly, and when I reacted in obvious pain, he accused me of faking because he was "just testing the skin and wasn't even testing the tendons yet" and claimed any pain I did feel was from my fibro, not my injury. He claimed there was no swelling, but when I saw my PCP days later, she noted that my entire lower leg was obviously very swollen. He also ignored my concerns of how weak my knee was and how little mobility it had. I could barely bend or put weight on it. In the end, he cleared me to go back to regular duty at work because "you're a librarian; what's the most you do, climb stairs?" He then ignored me when I tried to explain that I wasn't a librarian, that instead, I'm backroom staff and spend my days running around with heavy crates or carts filled with hundreds of pounds of books. After I left, I called to try and get a second opinion, but the front desk said my original doctor had to review my case first and decide he might be wrong before that could happen, and that they'd call me if it was approved. Obviously, they didn't call. This doctor was very confident in his wrongness. Also, doesn't that policy kinda defeat the entire point of a second opinion...? Anyway, it took months and an MRI, but I was diagnosed with a cartilage blister and a large cyst under my kneecap, both caused by the injury sustained at work. I've since been getting treatment elsewhere and finally almost feel back to 100%. But yeah. Thanks for sending me back to my incredibly physical job while I was in agony. Real great of you."
