"Skyla gave me a facial, today. I had a facial with microdermabrasion, glycolic peel and LED, this evening. I have been coming to this location, seeing a few different people for service, and I have never had a bad experience. They are attentive to my questions and make me feel safe and cared for while I am there. I have friends who tell me I don’t look my age, at 36, and I attribute that to my monthly or bi-monthly facials and skin care regimen recommended by this center. I used to think this type of service wasn’t worth the money, but budget for it! It is absolutely worth it!"

"I used to love this place, but haven’t been able to go in about a year do to schedule issues. I received a gift card for this location and immediately booked a massage. I was rescheduled from my original 7 pm appointment because of inclement weather and was supposed to be rescheduled for 11am today. I made sure that the date was correct because I would not have child care unless it’s on a weekend. When I arrived I was informed that my appointment was scheduled for 11am tomorrow on a Monday. Extremely disappointed!!! And the front desk was very unhelpful."

"UPDATE: after talking to the manager about my previous experience, I was rescheduled with a different massage therapist. I was hesitant but they insisted they wanted to make it a relaxing experience for me. So I decided to go again and I'm glad I did. I had a very relaxing massage and the scalp massage this time was a proper scalp massage. I first want to say that the front desk staff is so kind and incredible! This is not a reflection on them. And the massage therapist was kind but I went in for a relaxing massage, told her light to medium pressure. But I received more of a deep tissue. I had to tell her twice that it was too hard. I had an add-on of a scalp massage but my scalp was never massaged. She briefly rubbed my temples, my ears (roughly), and cheeks before telling me we were finished. I walked out feeling sore and not relaxed at all and woke up to such soreness in my shoulder blade and down my left arm, which is where I had said "ouch" when she was massaging me. And the base of my head/top of my neck area feels almost bruised-like. I've had to ice different areas of my body for relief. Unfortunately this was a terrible massage and not relaxing at all. Very disappointing"
