"Unfortunately very disorganized. I had my 6 month cleaning scheduled back in December. Thankfully, I always like to call before I head to appointments or I would have showed up to a closed office. I called before I left and was told there was no dentist anymore....thats all fine except I never got notification that my appointment was canceled. I asked if I would get notified when a new dentist will be available, and I was told i will have to just keep calling back. Over the past few months, I have called periodically and here we are in March and still no dentist. The last straw for me was when I got an automatic message saying that I am overdue for a dental cleaning from their office. Called several times only to be met with a voicemail that the office was closed ( at like 11 am?). I never got a call back. Time to change dentists."

"No one at the practice answers the phone or emails. I’ve left 2 voicemails and wrote 2 emails and no one has returned my call. They scanned my teeth for aligners back in Jan, I’ve been trying to reach them since Feb in order to schedule an appt to follow through with my aligners however no one has reached out. Why schedule me for a consult and bill my insurance for the scan if you were not able to actually put in the order for aligners? This practice is disorganized and unprofessional. Im planning to reach out the BBB to report fraud. Also, you need to update your business hours and put “closed” if you”re unavailable to take or see patients. Please don’t reply to my review asking me to reach out-I did so and got the VM twice with no return call. It might be a better idea to start returning your patients calls/voicemails instead. "Arrived for my appointment today and the doors were locked. When calling the number listed the person who answered said, "oh, they have been without a provider for awhile". I had made my appointment in July and was never notified of the office closure. If you have an appointment scheduled here make sure and check if they are actually open."

"Had an appointment for my mother in law scheduled for 10 AM today (monday) and hours open are from 8-5. Yet when we showed up doors were locked and lights were off. Nobody answered the phone. Called the General scheduling line and she tried calling too, nobody answered. Had to reschedule. What a waste of time."
