"I came here to have ingrown toenails removed on both big toes. Procedure was quick wasn’t really any explaining of what was going to happen, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I get home healing was a couple weeks. A couple months go by I start having pain again on my right toe and I made a follow up to make sure that the ingrown toenail hadn’t come back… it did. However the doctor told me that pain is normal and he didn’t see anything wrong and assured me that the nail was not ingrown. I saw another doctor at another clinic told me it was back and took care of it for me. I am extremely upset that I had a procedure told I was fine when I was having pain when I was indeed not fine. Another issue I had was that I gave them my insurance and was told everything was covered and 8 months go by and I have debt to collections with ZERO warning I had any fees. Extremely upset with the customer service here and the service done by the doctors. DO NOT waste your time here !!!"
"I have found DR Brent Volper to be extremely knowledgeable in treating issues with neuroma in the ball of the foot. He has also dealt with calluses on my feet in general. My feet have never been as close to pain free as before the neuroma developed many years ago. Thanks a lot for the process you have taken with the neuroma issues."

"Dr. Wenzel is THE BEST! She has an excellent, caring bedside manner and knew just how to talk to and care for my kiddo. She nailed the visit, and my kiddo healed quickly with no complications. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, everyone in the office was caring, efficient and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Wenzel and her practice!"
"So I find it odd that whomever at this office is answering the reviews tries very hard on the bad reviews to hide behind HIPPA!! When there is a lot of the review in the problem could be resolved and taken care of has nothing to do with HIPPA! Unfortunately, it appears like the doctors who own this clinic may not look at their own reviews and take a serious review of their staff. I am not even a patient of this clinic. However, I was referred there by one of my physicians that their doctors are very good! However, it appears as though they have an extremely poor office staff!!! Both front office and back office!! And for me it wouldn't matter if you had the best foot and ankle doctor on the planet if I have to fight with and deal with rude individuals, or people that can't simply make a phone call or contact you back, people who just don't believe in customer service!! People who just don't realize that the customers are coming in and they're in pain or suffering and they may not be the most polite at times, but you should still have some compassion and just be polite and deal with them the best you can! Then I really wouldn't give you a penny that I found on the ground outside your front door. I wouldn't tell you that your building was on fire!! It's just amazing to me how individuals who have a clinic that I'm sure is a multi-million dollar operation. Do not hear their customers complain to them about how rude their staff is because I'm sure the staff does not talk to the doctors in their bosses that way!! When it comes to responding to poor reviews, your bad attitude is screaming through in what you type! The fact that you tried to hide behind HIPPA laws and rules!! Also screams out how true what these people say or said in their review!! I also noticed that you took great effort into answering or responding and in some cases very unprofessionally to poor reviews, but you took no time to respond to most of the positive reviews. If you have a true professional running your office, that individual would know how to professionally respond to poor reviews and how to solve problems! And as I mentioned before, I'm not a client at your clinic. I'm a person that has attempted to be a client at your clinic!! But you see due to your poor back office performance you've never gotten my business. Because no one answers the phone. When you call, you have an answering machine that picks up and asks you to leave a message and when you do, no one ever bothers to take the time to call you back. I have left messages at your clinic several times now trying to get in to see one of your doctors for foot and ankle problems! However, I wasn't important enough for any of your individuals who work there to take time out of their OH SO busy day to bother to call a patient or future patient back to make an appointment! Since I'm not important enough to contact back, I've decided to go ahead and find another doctor! Why would I want to subject myself if I'm not even a paying patient at this point I'm trying to get in to pay you in your ignoring me! On the small chance that somebody in the partnership of doctors actually sees this, you really should take a long and hard. Look at your office staff and decide how much money are you really losing due to them and is it time to hire some real professional level staff? Also, you should think about having all the calls at your facility be recorded if they aren't already. That way you can go back and listen to them to see if they are in fact treating your patients as you would want them to be treated. At the end of the day you have to look at it this way. Would you want your family member treated this way? I doubt it. Would you be upset if you tried to call the doctor's office? Not once but 3 or 4 times and they didn't bother to call you back and it had been several weeks and not one individual from that office had bothered to call you to make an appointment?? Very much lacking in the customer service and follow through!! You can do better. You need to do better!!"
