"A nice stop along the way to the end of barry paxton, almost missed it several times as it's tucked away. This area is open sunrise to sunset and has wheelchair accessible parking at the parking lot at the end of the road, the road is paved so this monument would be accessible, however the paths out in the field are not paved and not accessible for wheelchairs."
