"Jackye is an absolute delight to work with! Her customer service is above standard and her attention to detail, impeccable. Our son is a Senior and needed a jacket very last minute. All other local retail stores were 8-10 weeks out (and we had heard horror stories of that taken even longer) Jackye was only 6-8 weeks. She placed a rush on it and bumped us to the front, along with all other Seniors, to our surprise, it was done in approximately 4 weeks! The quality of her jackets are beyond compare. They're so thick and warm with a nice quilted liner and genuine leather sleeves. Her custom embroidery work is top notch and beautifully done, leaving you with a one of a kind, personalized jacket. I can not recommend her enough and will continue to refer everyone here. We drove from Gig Harbor to Everett and it was more than worth it. She even offers shipment. The jacket came almost overnight via UPS, wrapped delicately with support and included a wooden Nike hanger and storage bag. We couldn't be more happier and Our son is beyond thrilled Seriously, don't waste your time anywhere else, you won't be disappointed here!"
