"STAY CLEAR OF THE GUN SHOP HERE!!! AARON IS A RUDE “supervisor” The gun shop is a disaster!!!! Every person here is completely rude!!! They wait to call you the day before your paperwork expires then call you a liar when you prove the call didn’t come in time. Aaron I guess the supervisor is way out of line the way he talks to customers!!! Brad is a major grumpy dude!!! I’m so beside myself I will never buy another gun through these jerks!!!! I will be reporting these guys to who ever I can! They are abusing the rules of engagement when it comes to purchasing firearms!!!!!!!! And being absolutely out of line with every single customer I’ve seen them deal with!!!!"

"Came in to the store and I was shocked at the customer service. The front desk people did not greet me at all and ignored my presence. After a while, they started to assist me in my purchase of rifles- then all of a sudden, the man assisting me left me to assist another customer, whom was not next in line. I found the utter disregard of respect and formality unbefitting of any star greater than 1. I will definitely not be coming back. Thanks, Jerry."

"This store is poorly managed and understaffed. The store manager is never around and the gun counter has an hour wait if not more. If you can’t find an associate to ask a question and swing by the gun counter, they will just tell you they don’t have time for you. Gun pickups, they’ll say to disregard the pickup email and wait for a call, they never call. If you call in the store to ask a question about status of order, they can’t because they never pick up the phone. The only pleasant associates of the store are the cashiers and George who’s the only gun counter guy who is patient and and thoughtful. Make George the store manager."
