Identifying strengths and challenges and talking with me about ways to support them at home. Kelly has an intuition with children and is aware of their individual feelings as well as dynamics within the larger group. She is always working to make the child's and family's experience positive and enriching. Hummingbird is an environment that fosters social communication and self-confidence in children.
