"Ordered a ball and was told a week until it came in. Called and tried to follow up for 3 weeks. Each time was told we have too many people in the store and have no order under that name. We’re too busy to handle you right now, we will call you back. Never got a callback. Not once. Finally, we called and got someone who said “yes, your ball is here, We have your order, come in between 5 PM and 9 PM to get sized and holes drilled”. We showed up at 8:00 PM tonight and they were too busy so they told us to come back another time. It’s a 30 minute drive from where we live and we were told between 5 and 9 PM after three weeks of waiting. After 4 weeks of delays and excuses, we think we’ll take our business elsewhere. They’re obviously super, super busy all the time and don’t need our business. Horrible experience! Won’t do business there again."

"Unfortunately, not a fan. Had never really bowled before and relied heavily on others for their expertise. Too bad, that advice was all around bad. Was sold a ball and grip that I had never done before. During the purchase I was told that if it didn’t work for me, they would “make it right” with a statement that he can resell a 13# ball much easier than something lighter. Gave the finger-tip grip my best effort until it gave me a cyst on my thumb. At that time, I had the holes filled and re-drilled in hopes of being able to still use the heavier ball. No such luck as the weight of the ball is far too heavy for me to even hold onto using a traditional grip. So, the most recent offer to “make things right” is for me to keep the ball I can’t use and buy a new ball at a lighter weight. As disappointed as I am with the end result, I am also not willing to spend more money to “make things right”."
