After reading the manual that evening, it was clear that the shells purchased could not be used in this model and could in fact be dangerous, so I returned the next morning. "Sorry, no returns on ammo. No exceptions; my bad, but rules are rules." Fine. You admit your mistake that could have had catastrophic consequences, but choose to stick by a bureaucratic rule and lose a customer for life. Interesting business strategy. Wouldn't it be better to eat that minor sale, and be grateful that no one was injured due to negligent advice?"

"Love it here! Coolest shop around, best selection on the stuff that people are really most interested in or need the most with the fairest prices. I've been going almost exclusively to him, for local shopping, for years! I'd say don't change a thing, except maybe design some really cool hoodies to sell alongside the fun stuff and the hats, if there aren't any already anyways haha. Oh, and he carries good quality yet affordable versions of pretty much any part you need! Lots of good brands! He's also does very well with the massively increased demand I've noticed. I haven't ever seen any decreases in quality of service at all, and that's well worthy of respect in my opinion."
