"Stopped by yesterday to schedule some service on my Honda Rancher ATV. I was told that the ATV was too old (19 years) and they would not look at it because "parts might be hard to get". I bought this ATV new from them and had always had it serviced there. It's been well taken care of and is in good condition, just needed some routine service. Thought this was poor customer service and loyalty. I won't be spending any money there and wouldn't recommend them to others. Don't think anyone should buy anything used from them! Oh yeah...it's easy to get parts for this popular machine."

"Looking at purchasing a brand new R3 here soon, and went in for a bit to check it out. The team was extremely friendly and helpful - Anna, at the front desk, dug out the R3 for me from like 3 lines of bikes, so that I could get a chance to sit on it. Jose answered a ton of questions about them, stocking, pricing, and whether an R3 is a good fit VS. say a 400D. Later that same visit, Conrad gave me some great recommendations on Helmet brands, helped me understand different fits and sizes, and even let me check out his personal helmet so I'd understand the quality in Shoei helmets. "Always outstanding service. Travis in sales helped me through the entire process when I purchased my bike. The parts and service department are quick, professional, and precise. Only minor complaint is they sometimes dont answer after being placed on hold. I wont go anywhere else."
