"I will never shop with this company ever again!!! Not only did the sales person lie and say I will receive my shoes in a couple of days. But then FedEx shipped it all the way to Oregon when I live 20 miles from where it was being shipped made it to the hub 3 miles from my house. To be taken to Oregon. I called famous footwear to seek a resolution but they had none so I went for the refund and when I called customer service they are closed until Monday at 9 AM. It is Saturday at 4 PM. So now I have to wait the entire weekend just to argue with someone in customer service about getting a refund for shoes that are now circumventing the globe."
