"They really need more people helping at the checkouts. When there's a line of 3 or more customers another person should be called up to help OR the employee standing up front by the registers should jump in to help instead of just watching. They appear to be a manager or assistant mgr calling people to work jewelry or answer a question. Standing in a long line and seeing all that is why I only gave 3 stars."
