"Friend of mine recommended i rent a gun before i buy. I called these guys, told them I'm new and want to rent, "what do i need?" They just quoted me pricing so i drove more than an hour to get here, turns out i need to bring a gun of my own to rent one... I questioned them a bit and they started getting defensive about it...That's a fine policy but the guy that answered the phone wasted 2 hours of my life and gas. Get a clue. Train your guys better. That's important."
