"I'm happy to see this little schoolhouse being well taken care of and loved. This is where my grandfather went to school as a boy. For all those who help maintain and keep the place....I thank you, and I'm sure if Grandpa Jack was alive he'd thank you too. Kudos to all of you."
"To be honest, we were there for a Memorial to a dear friend who was murdered. Her name is Sue Lundy. She was the sweetest person, living, caring and giving. She has been our friend for over 35 Years. We Will miss her. The school house is a great old gathering place. Small kitchen, large room, and two restrooms. Rural atmosphere, surrounded by trees. If your gatherong is 50 or less you shouls give this old school house a thought."
"Come enjoy the Thursday afternoon/ evening local farmers market. Enjoy a fine meal, purchase local produce, clever crafts, and more while listening to local live music and learning new skills/ information. Something for everyone!"
"Such a great historical building. And they rent it out!"
"This charming, adorable little one-room schoolhouse was one of the very first schools in the Thurston County area and there's a lovely group of people who have spent decades repairing it and then keeping it up. It's absolutely beautiful, with a nice little kitchen, pretty, honey colored floors and the aura of a lived-in space from decades past. You can almost feel the echos of the children who laughed and learned here. I believe you can rent it for events -- if I ever need a space for one, it really would be my first choice."
