"The visitor center was closed when we were there but you still have the views and can walk around the fort"
"$10 to park your car and additional $5 if you want to do the museum here. I think it said $2.50 for kids. I could be wrong. But in all honesty if youโre not a history person this place will probably be boring but if ur a history buff then you will absolutely love it! The scenery though is very beautiful! Like most of Washington it is very breathtaking:) great place for the whole family and pets!"
"Remnants of Fort Canby at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center at Cape Disappointment. All stairs are roped off for safety. You can walk through portions of the buildings. Really interesting to see the artillery platforms and some of the munitions stored in a cage in one building."
"Visited the battery while camping at Cape Disappointment. Also visited the interputive center and checked out the very stormy Columbia bar. There is also an excellent Luis and Clark exhibit."
"Old military gun emplacement installation. You can go inside it and explore. There's a few exhibits showing how and when it was used. The interpretive center above it is for Lewis and Clark and has an entrance fee, but the Battery is free. $10 to park tho if you don't have a parks pass. (They're 30$ for a year so just get the $30 one and visit 3+ state parks and it's paid for itself.)"
