"Nice building. Still coming around and needs more tenants, but has ice cream, coffee, a few shops, some outdoor rentals, public bathrooms, next to a nice park. I bet it will fill with more tenants once the new buildings next door are completed."
"I have always enjoyed visiting this space. However, I was very disappointed over Fourth of July weekend when individuals who were obviously inebriated and belligerent were permitted to smoke off of the second floor balconies and ash on the pedestrians below. I hope this issue can be addressed to keep the environment safe for families in the future."
"The Granary has been a long time aspect of the Bellingham waterfront skyline and it is great to see the multi-story building survive and be brought into the modern era! Along with that this architecture is a prime surface for 3D projection mapping and this was exemplified with our work during the 2019 Bellingham SeaFeast Festival celebrating all the delicious fish and cuisine of the area. It was so great to illuminate this building in a creative way and see all the people walking by ad enjoying it in the evening. Thank you again to the building owners and the team at SeaFeast!"
"This building has come along way from the abandoned state it was in and then the remodel. Last time I was here there was only a yoga studio upstairs and now there are several small businesses on the ground floor, coffee shop and vegan snack shop. I look forward to more improvements. But it’s a great location on the waterfront with great views of the water and ample parking and a small playground nearby."
"Just visited for the first time and the building seems to be very poorly maintained. Women’s restroom was visibly not clean, had a broken sink, and multiple lights burnt out. Both hand dryers also did not work and there were no paper towels. The coffee shop in the building is nice enough but the overall state of the building ruins the experience."
