Reviews of Mt St Helens Forest Learning Center
"Cute lil place right before Mount St. Helens. Great place to stop before or after the mountain. This place has a lil bit of everything so take the time and look around."
"Good place to learn more about foresting in the area and the Mt. Saint Helens eruption. They have a short video that contains a news clip of the eruption - different from what you'll see at the Johnson Ridge Visitors center. They had a helicopter display that you could sit in and work the controls. The center owned by the Weyerhaeuser, the logging and forestry management company in this area. They have planted millions of trees since the eruption. Good displays and a gift shop with lots of swag. A picnic area is setup out back."
"Beautiful gift shop I am sorry I didn't get more pictures a few people were shopping so I didn't get many pictures. Great little shop for families. They sell soda & water & snacks. They offer Mount Saint Helens Sweaters, souvenirs, gems, Stickers & necklaces, jewelry & hats. I recommend stopping by the gift shop before heading up to Mount St. Helens. 5/5 customer service 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Quality of products"
"A must see place! Free! Better than the National Monument Visitor Center, and did I mention free. Incredible hands on discovery center! Good for adults and kids. Video. Displays. Views with free telescope. Lots of touch and do activities. The volunteer guide who was there for us had the scope zoomed on a herd of elk."
