"She should be ashamed of herself. Her oath was to get rich. Lack of concern for my parents was so obivios . PS. My Parents passed Away Within days of eachother. Thank you for your condolences..Oh Right. You Did Give Them"
"My wife is a patient of Dr. Hernandez. After our baby was born we took him to her to be seen as well, although she isn’t a pediatrician. She Is knowledgeable and shows honest concern for our baby’s health. Anything that came up that required him to be tested or be screened she always got him in to be seen right away. we are very satisfied with Dr. Hernandez."
"Finally, a doctor who listens and takes what patients are saying seriously! My husband and I both see Dr. Hernandez and she has taken very good care of us. We feel that she speaks to us human to human, not from a lofty "I'm the doctor here, and you know nothing" sort of stance. I recommend her all the time."
"She had us wait for up to 2 hours to see her when we had a scheduled appointment. When my husband or I saw her for our medical problem she litterly spent less than 5 minutes with us because she triple books her patients and she had to move on to the next patient because she was 2 hours behind. When we changed doctors and disputed her bill because of the care we received she immediately sent us to collections. After 3 years of doing battle with her we had paperwork served to us. Unless we wanted to go to court we had to pay. She trashed our credit also. She seems to think that her time is more important than anybody else's. She get's paid $100 an hour while we get nothing sitting in her waiting room."
"She was very personable and kind at our first appointments or when there was nothing wrong with me... after gettting to know her I've realized she's a quack who can't spell basic medical terminology and has no caring/people skills. I went in early on in my pregnancy because I had extremely labored breathing, dizziness (which I noticed she misspelled dizzyness) to the point of losing vision, water in my lungs that made lying down very painful, coughing, and exhaustion. I had no idea what was going on and had never experienced anything like it so I asked her if I had a pneumonia. She pretty much scoffed at me and told me it was nothing and because of the pregnancy she would not run any tests. She told me that difficulty breathing was a normal symptom of pregnancy. After over a month of dealing with the problem on my own, taking the day off work, scheduling and waiting for my appointment which I paid for she gave me 10 minutes of her time not listening to me or believing what I had to say. I insisted that something had to be wrong and it was scary and painful and she just shrugged it off THREE times back and forth with me. Like she thinks I made the appointment for fun to come and complain over nothing?? After that i went to an obgyn dr Hallak in town who was obviously more worried than her because labored breathing is not normal until late pregnancy. She should know that since she's had three children. Dr hallak sent me to an endocrinologist in Olympia. After 5 minutes with this other doctor describing my symptoms -she was empathetic, LISTENED, and believed my issues and said "oh that terrible, something is definitely wrong and we'll figure it out". Huge relief finally to be in good hands. Turns out i had an condition where my thyroid was shutting my body down and it could have really harmed the baby and me. Also after looking through all of my medical records I saw her notes for that appointment and she marked my symptoms as "giddiness". Extremely rude and treated like a joke. She should not be in health care. I've loved all other doctors I've had in my life."
