"The patient care here is so extremely low. My boyfriend got the wrong diagnosis. They told him he had stable fractures and he had actually broken three vertebrae. AND I called in to file a complaint and NEVER got a call back. Might as well close this place down. I’d rather drive farther and get worse, than ever go back here."
"I'm only giving one star on here because my mother was taken to the ER by ambulance on the night of Jan 2, 2024. With a bowel blockage, they did a cat scan around 11:40pm and put her in the lobby with a few other patients who got there a couple of hours before she did that also had scans done one was a small child. We left your hospital around 4:45am. on the 3rd without knowing my mother's scan results. I found out from a staff member that it could take up to a month to get her results due to the fact that they dont have a radiologist on staff anymore that they have to send all X-rays cats cans and MRI's to a radiologist that isn't even in the area . So if your scans are taking a long time to get back, that's why. So please don't blame the staff because it's the high ups and board members who are to be blamed, so put the blame on them, not the staff. The staff shouldn't take the blame for what their bosses have them do. I know there are some staff members who do miss treat patients and don't listen to the patients and do wrong those ones that do that need blamed for their actions, but the outsourcing of patient care needs to be put on the head guy's and board members who are pocketing the money that is ment to save lives by outsourcing medical care it takes lives it doesn't save lives. SO TO THE HIGH UPS AND BOARD MEMBERS STOP POCKETING THE MONEY AND SPEND IT LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO IT'S NOT TO BE SPENT ON YOURSELVES. THE MONEY IS MENT TO SAVE LIVES !!"
"We came and the ED was very busy. I feel like everyone has unrealistic expectations. Of course, you're going to have to wait quite a while, it's like they've never been to an ED anywhere, the staff aren't sitting down somewhere, they're working so hard in the back, it was very obvious they were doing their best. I was really impressed with their care and how they handled situations where several people were needy, rude, and having emergencies at varying levels. They were compassionate and patient. Every staff member was lovely. Dr. Jamsgard was so charming, we loved them."
"Very limited ER, must transfer most of not all trauma levels. My better half has Broken ribs and has been left waiting for over 6 plus hours now and we are still waiting. No help with pain, no treatment of any sort. No information available and keep getting told to wait for doctor and no doctor has ever appeared, I'm starting to feel like this is how people die in waiting rooms at hospitals. This is way below even substandard care."
"I start everyone with 5 stars. You have to work hard to lose them. I accompanied a friend to the ER. When we arrived, we were promptly checked in around 7:20 p.m. They were generally reviewed by whomever the scribes were at front, possibly nurses, but the name tags were not visible, so I have no idea what their title included. Overall, the entire check-in process was great. It was about 7:30 p.m. - 7:40 p.m. when they had completed nasal swabs and chest x-rays. We did not receive results until 1:01 a.m. Likely, due to the fact they only have one provider on a Friday. Ultimately, we were told there was nothing they could do. We left knowing nothing more than when we arrived, still sick, but told nothing was wrong. Issues to fix: Staffing and care."
