Go at low tide and get to know so many creatures you might not have noticed, go on a guided forging hike and learn what plants are edible, taste the sun sweet berries of the earth, make some tea from trees, or go with the forest bathing which is like a guided meditation or some sort of combo of all the above! The host is especially supportive of Healthcare workers and the power of nature in helping to destress in these crazy times."
