"Cartlandia is... Not the best of locations, when it comes to cart pods, in Portland; however, they have always had a few spots worth venturing into Felony Flats for. Loaded has definitely become one of them. The chef/owner of this cart takes his food seriously - to the continued joy of his customers. Whether it is sides, salads, or entrees, the same level of care is applied to everything. I recommend the garlic bread as a side, anything as your entree. From personal experience, I can recommend the Blackened Chicken Mac for a delicious meal as well as lunch the next day!"

"Had the special of the day, Steak and Gorgonzola Mac with the balsamic drizzle and I couldn't eat it fast enough. Steak was tender and juicy, perfect medium cook, noodles timed just right, and the creamy gorgonzola sauce has just the right kick to keep me wanting the next mouthful. Even my soon to be bride's dislike for gorgon was completely abated! Definitely give this foodtruck a shot!"
