Dr. Zhang refused to give me a referral for a surgeon when surgery was necessary for treatment, she was unable to explain my lab results to me, and she didn't care to learn about other aspects of my health, my medical history, or how I'd like to make decisions for treatment. Dr. Zhang and the NWMS team was unorganized as they lost notes in my patient chart multiple times, never called me back, and didn't respond to MyChart."
