"Dr. Kotova was our surgeon during my son's hospitalization in January. She is phenomenal. She is professional. Knowledgeable. She wasn't hurried in her explanations, and gave us the best options for treatment. Fast forward to October and my son is needing a biopsy. Dr. Kotova came in on a Friday to meet with him and performed the procedure the following Tuesday. She came out to talk to me in the lobby once the procedure was done. I looked at these other reviews and I have to say, all of this isn't a coffee date. She looked us in the eyes and explained things in a way that gave us the best options. This is the person that ultimately had to tell me she believed my son had cancer. I will tell you she left a lasting impression with me in how she cared for both me and my son (who is a young adult) Her team is equally professional. Dr. Kotova is one of the best. I am so very grateful she has been a part of my son's care team."

"Dr Kotana was short and rude. Sent us to ER for xray where we waited 4 hours. She is a specialist. Why would she not have an xray machine or send us to imaging? I found a different specialist to go to."

"They keep not finding my referral and delaying my appointment. In my last call, they said they got the referral but it doesn’t have enough information. They said they’d call me back twice and haven’t followed through. Still no success getting an appointment. Will update review if experience changes."

"Dr. Bucerzan was a very nice man. Very knowledgable. Only issue I had was I felt rushed at the end of appointment. Rest of the staff was nice and accomodating."

"My mom had an appt at 3:15. We got there almost an hour early then they bring her back to a room Just to leave her there alone for a half hour. She came back to the waiting room crying and the receptionist Tomacina (spelling ??) had nothing but attitude, telling us that the doctor is running late and if my mom were in need of extra care then she would get it just like the patient the doctor is with now. We asked to speak with a supervisor to which the rude receptionist responded she went home sick for the day (that's convenient). Will not recommend this facility to anyone. Making my mom so upset she is in tears is NOT ok. Rude, uncaring, unprofessional, people"
