"I’ve had 3 different appointments at the Kearney Breast Center - and all have been positive experiences. Check in was very simple and straightforward, and I was even able to check in with some of my paperwork through the MyChart app, which streamlined things even more. The mammography technician named Amy is amazing. I just love her and her personality, patient care, and humor. She’s the best, and I will always request her! Also, if you ever need an ultrasound done at the center, I highly recommend Lacie. She was also stellar. Very personable, professional, knowledgeable and caring. You won’t be disappointed with your care at the Kearney breast center. And remember…prevention is key, so consider this your friendly reminder to make your next appointment! :)"

"They do not value your time. They always tell you that your appt is 30 minutes before it actually is. Prepare to wait for a hour to be seen. The mammogram tech was really nice."

"Well I’m 25 and so is my spouse. We’re young and vulnerable trying to navigate a really tough medical field. My girlfriend called today 7-21-23 @1pm and the person on the other side of the phone was so rude for “bothering them” with any questions what so ever. My girlfriend is soft spoken and gentle but they still decided to tell her and I quote “we can’t help you, good luck” terrible service so good luck to you guys in the future"

"Sadly, my daughter-in-law has been trying for a week to be scheduled for a STAT mammogram! Stat means right away. She is 35 and her doctor feels it is urgent. She has an appointment for 4 weeks from now. The office has not been very cooperative in this anxiety provoking time. Unfortunately there are no other options with her insurance. As a breast cancer survivor, I find this process unacceptable! All facilities know there will be urgent mamms that need to be done daily. The Kearny Center's system to accommodate urgent requests is terribly broken."

"I have been here before and had a nice experience. Due to an insurance change I had been going to Kaiser the last few years. Insurance changed again so I can no longer go to Kaiser. I called today to schedule a mammogram due to feeling a small lump in my breast. I was told that I could not be seen without a referral due to the fact I was honest and told them I felt something. If I would have just said I am due for a mammogram they would have seen me. I can not get into a provider for months. I've called everywhere. The woman I was speaking with offered no suggestions. Showed zero empathy. Just flatly stated "It's policy". Absolutely terrible."
