"Update: C.L. Schmitt is pleased by the face-lift This bridge is a nice old fixture in the community, sadly it is disserviced by the city and poor roadway plans on either end of it. Nothing but a mess during rush hour while entering or exiting it, it is nothing but a pain. The bridge needs a good sand blasting and a new paint job. C. L. Schmitt is rolling over in his grave right now, fist to the sky, cursing the caretakers of his name sake bridge. They have sullied his good name and have wholly disrespected this great man, for which this noble bridge was named! I call upon you Westmorelanders! We must demand that this bridge be taken care of and treated as it truly deserves. Bless C. L. Schmitt, that handsome devil"
