"I'm absolutely certain that Roxanne saved my marriage. She is wicked smart, has a great track record with decades of experience, is to the point, and promotes positive change with an equitable view. There is a comment from another reviewer that spoke of Roxanne expecting payment up front: she didn't harp on it but explained that is the protocol. She only did this one time to set the stage. It wasn't a problem for us and she was not pushy about it in any way. She did explain that she doesn't accept certain types of insurance because of the need to maintain patient confidentiality/privacy, which some people very much appreciate. Again, I truly believe she saved my marriage and her direct style sometimes challenged me but lead me and my wife to face some behaviors that needed to change in order to make our lives and marriage better. She wasn't the cheapest counselor around, having to pay out of pocket at each session. But the monetary and emotional cost of a divorce would have been far greater and she was well worth the money."

"Even though, waste of one star on review. She is crazy about money, at the beginning talk about FEE first, and keep saying about 120$ per session. I know that I need to pay, but she was only care about make an appointment and talked about fee! Keep point , point and point about fee... FEEEEEEEEEEEE She told me that, “Usually when you step in door, first pay FEE at the front desk and walked in my office, you need to know first pay fee so I can meet you, fee is every each session, fee is 120$ per session” Keep saying about fee fee fee “ I am not taking any of insurance so Fee is 120$” JESUS.... ma’am....I know I have to pay that FEE so I can talk with you. Please If you are looking for counselor or mediator(she is not actual mediators), I am not recommend Here."
